On the walls

The following images display mural commissions that Lucy has completed with a selection of clients. She travels throughout the UK and abroad, so please do get in touch if you have a space that you’d like to decorate.

The Cornish homestead ‘Coombeshead Farm’ commissioned Lucy to paint in the dining room of the farmhouse building. The decorative painting shows local foraged plants and kitchen garden herbs delicately growing from the skirting boards around the room, surrounding the guests as they sit at the table. The mural is actually “growing” itself as Lucy returns to the farm periodically to paint new plants around the room.

The Courtyard Deli & Kitchen in Falmouth commissioned Lucy to paint a decorative botanical feature up their staircase to add some colour and life into this area of the building. Lucy designed and painted a ‘Bee-friendly Plant’ mural for customers to view as they walked up the stairs. The mural displayed the names of the plants so that it also created an educational purpose, encouraging people to plant the herbs and flowers that create a buzz for the bees.

Lucy has also painted decorative artwork in the studio at Falmouth YogaSpace to help to invoke a sense of calm in the space.
